Digantara is seeking anSenior Embedded Hardware Engineer to lead the design of PCB boards for advanced space surveillance cameras. You will leverage your expertise in embedded hardware to develop state-of-the-art digital systems for tracking space objects from both space and the ground.

Responsibilities
- Design PCBs for key components such as imaging sensors, FPGAs, storage and interface boards.
- Design, prototype, test, and validate hardware/PCB boards.
- Implement guidelines for space/satellite systems across the entire PCB development cycle.
- Collaborate with vendors for manufacturing and assembly of PCBs while ensuring the highest quality standards for space grade systems.
- Create circuit layout and CAD designs for PCBs.
- Working with the embedded software team to provide hardware support for accelerating software functionality and development.
- Document design iterations using standard industry practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 8-12 years of experience in handling digital electronics, design of PCB boards, integrating and testing hardware boards.
- Proficiency in managing high data transfer rates across systems.
- Experience in working with industry standard PCB design softwares.
- Acumen in building boards employing multiple communication protocols like I2C, UART, SPI, CAN, LVDS, RS422, USB3, CoaXPress, CameraLink, PCIe etc
Preferred Qualities
- Expertise in PCB design for satellite electronics hardware will be a big plus.
- Knowledge of implementing redundant systems, FDIR, and fault management.
- Expertise in PCB design for Lasers and SPADs
